Annfield R.M 3
Nathan Smith (1)
Jack Rankin (2)
Redhill Rangers 0

Before the game kicked off both teams lined up for 2 minutes silence as a mark of respect for Remembrance Sunday and the soldiers who've given their lives.
We welcomed Redhill Ranger for today's game they kicked off and began the more positive of the two teams with Matthew coming off his line well a couple of times but the Swans were soon starting to play the way they can.
Tom and Ryan C started the game as they had both done really well in training the day before.
Ryan was in defence with Seb, Charlie and Ryan H and they held the line at the back really well catching Redhill off-side a few times. But did struggle to clear the ball a few time but this was also a failing of the mid-field Jack W, Nathan, Tom and Harvey but they were getting back and forward well putting some good passes together to find Zac and Jack R up front.
The first half was close and the Swans could have gone ahead when Zac was put through and was unlucky his shot was at the keeper. But then Jack W wriggled through hit his shot which was saved but there was Jack R to head it home to make it 1-0 and that's how it finished at half time.
A couple of changes to the second half starting line up with Yan in defence and Luke in mid-field coming on for Ryan C and Tom.
This half was better with even more good passing. Nathan and Jack W proving to be a real handful and Seb and Charlie doing a solid job making tackles in defence.
Jack W kept making runs into their box and from one of these hit another shot and not unlike the first goal it was saved looped into the air for Jack R to nip in and head his and the Swans second 2-0. Jack R was running everywhere like Billy Whizz (A quote from Simon Hearn) a comic cartoon character in the Beano from when your dads were young. Ask them.
The Swans continued to push on and Jack W set up Nathan who's well hit shot was deflectedin to made it 3-0.
Towards the end Matthew again came out bravely to make another save and took a knock in his face and had to come off so Jack R took the gloves and went in goal and with a bit of help from the post and Yan clearing off the line AGAIN we kept our first clean sheet.
Man of the match was awarded to Jack W playing like he can.
This was a really good win which meant a lot to Mike and Zac as this was their old team.
