THIS SEASON 2009 - 2010 HAS BEEN GREAT FOR THE SWANS THEY WON 14 GAMES AND SCORED 66 GOALS , AT THIS WE REACHED REACHED 5TH PLACE AND HELD THAT POSITION FOR A NO OF WKS , ALSO WE WENT ON A RUN OF 6 GAMES WITH OUT A LOSS , THIS TEAM ALSO REACHED THE SEMI FINAL AT BURTON AND QUARTER FINAL AT EVERTON WE ALSO GOT THE BEST SPORTING TEAM TROPHY AT EVERTON , THEN WE MOVED ON TO HORDLE AND WITH A LOT OF HARD WORK WE REACHED OUR 1ST FINAL WE WENT 1-0 DOWN TO BASHLY BUT WE GOT THE RUNNERS UP SILVER MEDAL , WHAT A RESULT , WELL DONE TO THE TEAM,PARENTS AND PHIL AND CLIVE WE ARE ALL PROUD

Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
