Annual General Meeting

Saturday 19th May

2pm - 3:30pm

Mudeford Scout Hut - Stanpit Rec

All club members are invited to attend this years AGM, where you will get to understand what the club has acheived this year, our future plans and the financial standing of the club.

At this meeting all club officials and members will stand down and be either re-elected or new officials or members voted in.

Any adult member of the club is eliglble to stand for any of the clubs committee positions, anybody wishing to apply for any of the positions must put their application either in writing or by e-mail to the club secretary or club chairman along with a named seconder before the 28th April 2007.

The committee positions that are to be voted in at the AGM are; Club Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer + 6 other members.

If you feel that you have some spare time, think that you could benefit the clubs future or would like to be involved with club decisions please apply in writing as stated, or if you would like any more information on what any of the roles within the club require, please contact any current committee member.
