Our 1st AGM will be held on 19th May at Mudeford Scouts Hut, Stanpit, 2pm - 3:30pm, all members of the club are welcome to attend where there will be;

A report of the clubs activities over the previous year

A report of the clubs finances over the previous year

Election of officers and members of the club committee

Consideration of any other business

Applications for Committee officers and Committee Members need to be in by 28th April this includes current officers/members wishing to re-apply for their current roles.

Anybody wishing to apply must do so in writing and must have a seconder which must also be in writing. Applications must be given to the club secretary, Bill Morley or posted to his home address. 

Positions are as follows:

Club Chairman - To have overall responsibility for the club and to lead it in a professional, ethical and accountable manner

Vice Chaiman - To act on behalf of the chairman in his/hers abscence

Club Secretary - Responsible for the day to day running of the club

Treasurer - Responsible for the financial well being of the club

6 x members ( to include Development Officer and Fund Raising Officer )
