07/08 SIGNING ON REGISTRATIONS

We need your club registration forms back in by the last training session of the season (30th June) along with the correct payment of £20, Please return to your team coach ASAP to secure your child’s place & so that we can register them with the Bournemouth & Dorset Leagues.Failure to get your child’s registration form in by the closing date will mean that they will not be able to train or play for the club next season.

The signing on fee covers insurances, affiliation costs, signing on fees to the Bournemouth and Dorset Leagues, administration costs, trophies/medals and this year will go towards supplying socks and shorts for the boys.

Once we have received your signing on form and payment back there are additional forms to fill in including, registration forms to the BYFL & DYFL which must be returned by 24^th July for the BYFL and 15^th July for the DYFL, and for newcomers to the club, forms from your welcome packs.
Your kind assistance in returning these forms ASAP will be very much appreciated

The club is proud of the fact that next season we have managed to keep the clubs signing on fee to £20 still one of the lowest in the area. This has been achieved by a lot of hard work by the clubs committee and members in securing sponsorship for new shirts for next season, a kind donation by the Mudeford Working Men’s Club and by the great job done last year by the clubs Treasurer.
As a club we are a non profit making organisation run by volunteers and any funds raised are or will be ploughed back into the running of the club in a structured way to secure a safe and enjoyable environment for our children to play football in.

IT IS CLUB POLICY THAT CHILDREN FROM ALL AGE GROUPS THAT PLAY OR TRAIN FOR THE CLUB MUST BE SIGNED AND REGISTERED TO THE CLUB
